My Home Matters LLC, transforms the bland, chaotic and outdated areas of a home into warm, organized, fun, and livable spaces. Founded by Laura Kleber in 2016, the organization offers Laura’s design input as well as hand-painted furniture, custom re-upholstery, and wooden signs and wreaths. It was an overwhelming interest in signs and wreaths that drove My Home Matters LLC to launch in-person DIY workshops. As Laura’s follower base grew, so did the demand for workshops among people who couldn’t attend in-person. So in 2018 My Home Matters began offering a monthly DIY home décor subscription box called My Home Matters Boxed Up.

What led you to PayWhirl?
Prior to utilizing PayWhirl, My Home Matters LLC used WordPress with WooCommerce for its monthly subscription box needs. Unfortunately, the level of customization the team wanted to implement was not possible without making significant manual adjustments. As a result, it the subscription box program needed a lot of attention from the My Home Matters LLC team. This was at odds with the goal of implementing a streamlined, automated subscription management solution.
